Function and characteristics

I. Complete machine group

• Computer Control system.
• 999 orders memory capacity.
• Multiple function control with touch screen and PLC, reliable system, low failure rate, simple operation.
• This machine with the function of automatic zero, auto version adjustment, memory recovery, paper skip feeding, auto lifting & falling edition, etc.
• Pneumatic interlocking device.
• Close loop control system between Ink system and Anilox roll up/down and Feeder unit.
• Motorized all units- Registration of feeder, printers, slotter and rotary die cutter.
• Motorized control of the movement of Unit On-Off. For safety an audible alarm sounds while the units moving.

II. Feeder Unit (1 group)

• Install Ø156 paper feeding wheel 4pcs,paper feeding roller fast moving structure.
• Above roller: rubber covered Ø156mm
• Lower roller: steel Ø156mm
• Suction fan auxiliary feeding, to ensure smooth into curved board, air volume can be adjusted according to the size of board on each section, guarantee the ability of vacuum force, make the cardboard more accurate.
• After stop using manual adjustment, baffle, baffle around electric clearance adjustment.
• Suitable to three or five layers corrugated board, including E corrugated board.
• Feeding rubber rollers fast changing structure.
• With dust removal brush and vacuum cleaner, dual cleaning device assured the paper clean, improved the printing quality, and reduced the edition cleaning times.
• Touch screen and buttons can be adjusted by dual system operation.

III. Printing unit (4groups)

• Four colors Flexo Printer group.
• Top print collar transfer system(vacuum transfer is option).
• Full format plate groove for fast printing plate changing, suitable to standard version of the article.
• Printing roller version transverse move by electric, scope is 15mm.
• Loading and unloading the printing plate could be controlled by the foot pedal switch.
• The entire printing plate slot is fit for 3x10mm printing plate hang-up bar.
• Equipped with Emergency button for loading and unloading the printing plate.
• The delay function is adopted for feeding system automatically lifting the anilox rolls.
• Fix register is pneumatically controlled by brake.
• Structure. When the units are opening or registering, Brake will active and stop the machine running to keep the print plate position.
• Touch screen and buttons can be adjusted by dual system operation.

IV. NC slotter unit (1 group)

• Creaser wheel wrapped with high quality polyurethane, cooperate with the pre-creaser wheel, assure the cardboard will not burst.
• Touch screen and buttons can be adjusted by dual system operation. Can complete slot box is high, the phase, the knife plate, creaser and pre-creaser axial movement, etc.
• Width of slotter knife is 7.5mm, with alloy steel material, after heat treatment and grinding.
• Carton height, width and length sizes can be adjusted by electric or in touch screen automatically.
• Pneumatic brakes, it will limit the machine drive when the machine is separated, can keep the gears original fixed position.

V. NC rotary die-cutter (1 group)

• PLC program control, high performance and reliable controlling.
• Touch screen control, easy to operate.
• Soft roll grinding automatically mechanism can improve the rubber mat usage rate. Can grind 3~4 times.
• Speed automatic compensation device, ensure the uniform size of each carton.
• Wallboard with high quality casting iron, thickness 50mm.
• Taiwan Maxdura or Germany Depair brand anvil blanket, long service life.
• Die cutting roller version transverse move by electric, scope is 15mm.
• Height of die cutter is H25.4mm; it is easy to mount at cylinder.
• Lower shaft is surface ground and chrome plated, balance corrected and stable running.
